RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We always try our best to provide customers with the best products possible. However, we'd be happy to return the product in the following cases:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
- The product you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
- The product is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
- Please note that if any product has been customised for colour, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
- Returns can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- SALE products cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION
- Order will not be cancelled once it is into production or dispatched.
- Our products are all on made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCTS
- If it has been damaged by you.
- If it is altered as per specs shared by you.
- If it has been worn.
Incase of a Defect in the Product
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once we see and approve the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address, or phone number, please connect with us via Instagram/WhatsApp or [email protected]. We will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.
