SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping in India on orders above ₹5000.

For orders that are below ₹5000, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be added.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We send our orders via third party Delivery Services. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day.

Since all our orders are handworked it takes ususally 7-10 days of shipment.

However, other factors such as color customization or unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.

Is Cash on Delivery Available ?

No, we haven’t thought of adding COD as the mode of payment yet.

I’m based overseas. Will you still ship my way?

Happily! Please contact us via Instagram/WhatsApp and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location.

*Please note that Weekends and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
